Thirty mandates.
One cockpit.
Pecugate for Teams lays the firm view across every client portfolio your firm manages: assets under management, issuer concentration risk, upcoming coupons and touched barriers — aggregated across all mandates, with a role model and an audit trail.
The risk isn't inside a portfolio. It sits between them.
A single client mandate looks clean: five barrier reverse convertibles, spread underlyings, several issuers. So does the next one. And the one after that. Only when you lay all thirty portfolios on top of each other does it become clear that a quarter of the capital you manage hangs on the creditworthiness of a single issuer.
That is precisely the question the firm view answers. It aggregates what stays invisible in the individual portfolio — and it answers it for every role in the firm at the right level of detail: the adviser sees their mandates, the team lead their team, administration and compliance the entire firm.
Roles & permissions
What someone sees and may do depends on the role assigned by a firm administrator. The role is shown beneath the firm name in the sidebar — and it already determines which start page you land on after signing in.
| Role | Visible scope | Permissions |
|---|---|---|
| Firm administrator | Entire firm | Create, assign and delete mandates; manage teams and members; firm settings; price sync. |
| Team lead | Own team | Cockpit analytics for the team; create and assign mandates within the team; price sync. |
| Adviser | Own mandates | Read-only lists — my mandates, coupon calendar, touched, total portfolio — and drilldown into the mandate. |
| Compliance / risk | Entire firm | Read every analysis, plus the full audit trail. No changes, no sync. |
| Back office | Operational advisory scope | Read-only lists and drilldown for day-to-day processing. No firm administration. |
What the cockpit shows
Firm and team overview
Assets under management in CHF broken down by original currency, number of positions and mandates, a risk indicator — plus the adviser list with volume and risk counters.
Issuer exposure
Concentration risk summed across all mandates: top-3 concentration, largest issuer with its share, CHF amount per issuer and the detail line «N BRCs · N mandates».
Currency risk
Foreign currency exposure across all mandates with CHF as the reference — split by the product's denomination currency and the trading currency of the underlyings, including live FX rates.
Liquidity calendar
Every expected coupon payment across all mandates, grouped by month: total outstanding per currency, the next 30 days, already received — with an «overdue» status.
Touched — firm-wide
Every breached barrier, grouped by mandate: barrier, current price, strike and «touched since» per share. If all are intact, it simply says «all barriers intact».
Drilldown into the mandate
One click on a mandate row opens the portfolio in the familiar single-portfolio view — for coupon dates and touched cases it jumps straight to the relevant BRC.
Concentration risk that stays invisible in a single portfolio
A barrier reverse convertible is a debt security. Alongside the market risk of the underlyings, the client therefore carries the issuer's credit risk — and that risk adds up across mandates without ever standing out in the individual portfolio.
The issuer view shows the distribution as a donut and as a list: per issuer the percentage share, the CHF amount, a share bar and the detail line stating across how many BRCs and how many mandates the exposure is spread. Above it sit the key figures: number of issuers, top-3 concentration and the largest issuer with its share.
Liquidity planning across all mandates
The liquidity calendar answers the question the back office asks every month: which coupons arrive when, in which currency, for which client — and which ones are overdue?
All expected payments come together in a list grouped by month. Each entry shows day and weekday, the mandate name, issuer, underlying and responsible adviser, the status as a pill and the amount in the product currency. The cards above give the totals per currency, the number of payments due in the next 30 days and the coupons already received this year.
Managing teams, advisers and mandates
Firm administrators structure the business into teams. Each team card shows name, subtitle and the key figures advisers, mandates and volume in CHF, with the members and their role badges below. An extra card, «Firm (no team)», collects members without a team.
- Create a team — name and an optional subtitle.
- Add an adviser — by email address, with role and team. The person needs an existing Pecugate account.
- Change role or team — per member, at any time; removal is possible except for your own account.
- Assign mandates — team leads within their own team, administrators firm-wide including a team switch via dropdown.
Unlike private portfolio sharing, none of this needs invitation links: in the firm view, client mandates are assigned centrally through the mandate list and team administration.
An audit trail for regulated wealth management
Who looked at which client portfolio, and when? Who triggered a sync, who exported, who assigned a mandate? The audit trail records every event with timestamp, actor and description, classified by type: view, sync, edit, administration and export.
Every drilldown from the cockpit into an individual mandate is logged as well. The trail is visible to administrators and to compliance/risk — the latter work strictly read-only, marked by the read-only badge in the toolbar. Whether events are recorded at all is controlled by the administrator in the firm settings.
Data residency: all mandate and firm data is held exclusively in Microsoft's Azure data centre in Switzerland. Data is not transferred abroad, there is no data resale and no advertising tracking. Personal OpenAI keys are stored encrypted and used server-side only.
Rolled out in three steps
Set up the firm and its teams
A firm administrator sets the firm name and logo and structures the business into teams. Advisers are added by email address, with a role and a team.
Create and assign mandates
Every client portfolio is created as a mandate and assigned to an adviser. Existing positions come in via term-sheet PDF and AI import, or as a Pecugate export file.
Sync and monitor
The sync button refreshes prices for every mandate in scope in a single run; on top of that an automatic sync runs daily at 06:00 UTC. When a barrier is newly breached, an email goes out automatically.
Frequently asked questions
- Can an adviser see colleagues' mandates? No — an adviser sees only the mandates assigned to them. Team leads see their team, administration and compliance the entire firm.
- What happens to accounts without a firm? They keep working in the single-portfolio view as before. The firm view is reserved for firm accounts.
- Can compliance change something by accident? No. Compliance/risk has no write permissions; the sync button is not even shown for that role.
- Is the familiar single-portfolio view still there? Yes. Both views work on the same data; from the cockpit you jump into the single-portfolio view and back with a click.
